Casa Brava Tapas opened its doors in December 2024 to bring a vibrant taste of Spain to Six South Street. Founded by hospitality and bar expert Austin Junker (Owner and Partner), culinary enthusiast James Van Kirk (partner), and Chef Martin Murphy, Casa Brava Tapas is more than just a restaurant—it's a celebration of flavors, community, and shared experiences.
